What we are

A small, contract-based software engineering and IT consultancy business working with organisations in Estonia and the wider European Union. Work arrives as one of three things: a system to build, a platform to shape, or a question that needs an independent technical answer.

The company has filed annual reports every year since its first financial year in 2015, and every filing carries the register’s status “Valid”. We mention it because continuity is one of the few things about a supplier that a public record can actually demonstrate.

Representation is exercised by the management board. The register names Villem Jonathan Olonen as board member, and records that every member of the management board may represent the private limited company in concluding all transactions.

How we are set up to work

  • Every engagement runs under a written contract with named scope, IP assignment and notice periods.
  • Business to business and public sector only — we do not sell to consumers.
  • Invoices are issued from Estonia with our EU VAT number; the reverse-charge mechanism applies for VAT-registered customers in other member states.
  • Confidentiality is mutual and written down before we see anything of yours.
  • We can work in English or Estonian; documentation is delivered in English unless agreed otherwise.

Claims policy

What this site does not tell you, and why:

  • No client names, logos, testimonials or case studies. We work under confidentiality, and an unverifiable reference is worth nothing to you anyway.
  • No project counts, uptime percentages or delivery statistics. We do not publish a number we cannot show you the measurement for.
  • No prices, day rates or fixed project fees. Scope drives cost, and a figure printed before we have read your requirements would be fiction.
  • No vendor partner badges or certification logos. We hold no partner agreement that would entitle us to display one.
  • Everything on this site that can be checked against a public register is checked, and the register link is next to it.

Where the identity data on this site came from

Before any of this site was written, the public registers were read directly: the Estonian Business Register record on 2026-08-26, and the European Commission’s VIES service for the VAT number the same day. Every registered value on this site is checked against that capture when the site is built, and the build fails if a single one has drifted.

Where a detail is not in a register — the mailbox, the domain, the telephone line we operate — it is labelled as operated rather than filed. The two are not the same kind of fact and this site does not present them as though they were.

What we do not do

2BE Consult OÜ works with organisations under a written contract. The following are outside our scope, and we will decline them:

  • We do not provide consumer technical support, and we are not a helpdesk for the general public.
  • We do not offer remote access to a member of the public's device, at any price, for any reason.
  • We do not recover accounts, reset passwords or unlock devices for anyone who is not our contracted client's own administrator.
  • We are not affiliated with, and we do not act on behalf of, Microsoft, Google, Apple, or any other software vendor whose products we may work with.
  • We do not sell, resell or redistribute third-party software licences.
  • We do not cold-call, and we will never telephone you claiming your computer has a problem. If you receive such a call it is not from us.
  • We do not take work in gambling, adult content, consumer lending, binary options or cryptocurrency trading.

If you have reached this page after a telephone call from someone claiming to be from a software company about a problem with your computer, that call was not from us and it was not from any company we work with. We do not make such calls. Please do not grant remote access to anyone who telephones you.
