The fields on this form, and why each one is processed:

Lawful basis, in full. Required fields: GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) — processing necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. Optional fields: GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) — our legitimate interest in being able to reach you by the channel you chose. You may object at any time under Art. 21, and leaving these fields blank changes nothing about how your enquiry is handled.
No consent is asked for or relied on. No form on this site asks you to tick a consent box. Answering a business enquiry does not rest on consent, and consent demanded as the price of submitting a form would not be freely given under Art. 7(4).
What happens next. Your enquiry is stored in our own database. Outbound notification mail is switched off on this service, so we read submissions in the application itself — writing directly to the mailbox below reaches us the same day. We keep the record for 24 months so that we can follow up on the conversation, then delete it. Server logs, which hold a truncated IP address and no message content, are kept for 30 days.
Who else sees it. Nobody. Your submission is not disclosed to third parties for their own purposes, and this site loads no analytics, advertising, chat or CRM service. We use no processor other than the provider that hosts this website.
Your rights. Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection under Art. 21 — including to any processing based on our legitimate interests. Write to support@2beconsultou.com. You may also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).
