Terms of service
Last reviewed 2026-08-26.
What these terms are
They govern the use of 2beconsultou.com and set out the basis on which 2BE Consult OÜ provides services. They are not the engagement contract: every piece of work runs under a separate written agreement, and where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement wins.
1. Who you are contracting with
2BE Consult OÜ, a private limited company (Osaühing) registered in Estonia on 7 April 2015 under registry code 12830480, EU VAT number EE101793216, registered office Lauka tn 4c-2, 11625 Tallinn, Nõmme linnaosa, Harju maakond, Estonia. Registered principal activity: EMTAK 62201 — Computer consultancy activities. The register record is public: ariregister.rik.ee.
2. Business customers only
We contract with organisations — companies, public bodies and other legal persons — acting in the course of their business or public task. We do not sell to consumers, and nothing on this website is an offer to a consumer. If you are an individual seeking help with your own device or accounts, we are not the right company and we will decline the request.
3. What is on this website
The service descriptions here are informational. They are not an offer capable of acceptance, they do not constitute technical advice for your situation, and nothing on this site creates a contract. A binding engagement arises only from a signed agreement or an accepted written quotation.
No prices appear anywhere on this site. Cost is quoted in writing against an agreed scope, and any figure you may see quoted in our name elsewhere did not come from us.
4. Work we do not accept
2BE Consult OÜ works with organisations under a written contract. The following are outside our scope, and we will decline them:
- We do not provide consumer technical support, and we are not a helpdesk for the general public.
- We do not offer remote access to a member of the public's device, at any price, for any reason.
- We do not recover accounts, reset passwords or unlock devices for anyone who is not our contracted client's own administrator.
- We are not affiliated with, and we do not act on behalf of, Microsoft, Google, Apple, or any other software vendor whose products we may work with.
- We do not sell, resell or redistribute third-party software licences.
- We do not cold-call, and we will never telephone you claiming your computer has a problem. If you receive such a call it is not from us.
- We do not take work in gambling, adult content, consumer lending, binary options or cryptocurrency trading.
In addition, we decline engagements in the following sectors and activities:
- Gambling, betting, lotteries and gaming-for-money of any kind, including affiliate systems for them.
- Adult content and adult services.
- Consumer lending, debt collection, binary options, contracts for difference and cryptocurrency trading platforms.
- Any system whose primary purpose is unsolicited bulk contact, scraping in breach of a service’s terms, or circumventing access controls.
- Surveillance products directed at individuals without their knowledge.
- Anything that would require us to breach the GDPR, Estonian law, or the confidentiality we owe another client.
We also do not distribute software we are not licensed to distribute, and we do not procure, resell or transfer third-party software licences on a client’s behalf. Where an engagement needs licensed software, the client purchases it through the vendor’s own authorised channel, in the client’s own name.
5. Intellectual property
Work product created specifically for a client under an engagement is assigned to that client on the terms of the engagement contract, normally on payment. Pre-existing tools, libraries and know-how remain ours, licensed to the client for the purposes of the delivered work. Third-party open-source components keep their own licences, and we list them.
The content of this website — text, layout and code — is our copyright. The company names and marks of other organisations mentioned anywhere on this site belong to their owners; naming a technology does not imply any partnership, endorsement, certification or authorised-reseller status, and we hold none.
6. Confidentiality
Confidentiality is mutual and is agreed in writing before we are shown anything of yours. We do not publish client names, logos or case studies on this site, and we do not offer client references as a sales device. If a client chooses to act as a reference, that is their decision to make, in writing, at the time.
7. Liability
Liability is set in the engagement contract, proportionate to the value of the engagement, and neither side excludes liability for anything the law does not permit to be excluded — including intent, gross negligence and personal injury. Nothing on this website limits anyone’s statutory rights.
This website is provided as it is. We keep it accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is uninterrupted or error-free, and information here should not be relied on as advice for a specific situation.
8. Availability of this site
We publish no uptime figure for this website or for anything we build, because we publish no number we cannot show you the measurement for. Service levels for a delivered system are agreed and measured in that system’s own contract.
9. Links to other sites
This site links to public registers and to official authorities. We are not responsible for their content, and a link is not an endorsement. There are no advertising links, affiliate links or tracking redirects anywhere on this site.
10. Complaints, governing law and disputes
If something has gone wrong, write to support@2beconsultou.com or to the registered address in section 1. Complaints are answered by the management board, and we will acknowledge one within five business days.
These terms and any engagement are governed by Estonian law. Disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties are settled by Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus), Tallinn, unless the engagement contract provides otherwise. Since we contract only with businesses and public bodies, no consumer dispute resolution scheme applies.
11. Changes
These terms may change; the review date at the top of this page changes with them, and the build identifier in the footer identifies the exact version you are reading.
