// core engineering pillars

Four kinds of work, one engineering standard

Most engagements start in one of these four and end up touching two. Filter by a technology to see which parts of the catalogue actually involve it — the list is generated from the catalogue itself, not curated for effect.

Custom Enterprise Software Engineering

Domain-driven business systems built as maintainable services — web, mobile and back-office — for organisations whose processes do not fit a product off the shelf.

  • Next.js

Strategic Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps Orchestration

// how the work runs

A method you can hold us to

None of this is novel. It is written down because a supplier who cannot describe how they work is asking you to find out during the project.

What we will not promise

No delivery-time guarantee, no availability percentage and no response-time commitment appears anywhere on this site — we do not publish a number we cannot show you the measurement for. What we will commit to is written into the engagement contract, where it is enforceable.

Read the system first

Before a proposal there is a reading: the code, the data, the deployment, and the constraints nobody wrote down. What we find goes into a document you keep, whether or not you engage us afterwards.

Agree the boundary in writing

Scope, interfaces, ownership, notice periods and what "done" means, written down before implementation starts. Ambiguity gets expensive later, and it is always cheaper to argue about a sentence than about a quarter of work.

Deliver against something running

Increments into a working system, each one reversible. A big-bang cutover is an outage with a project plan attached, and we have not seen one go well.

Hand over as we go

Repository, pipeline, runbook and decision records live in your organisation from the first commit. If we disappeared tomorrow your team would still be able to build, deploy and reason about the system.

// why this page can be checked

Four things about this company that you can verify without asking us

Anyone can write a page like this one. What separates a real supplier from a plausible one is whether the claims survive a public register, a network tab and a contract.

Every claim has a source

The registry code, VAT number, LEI, activity code and registration date on this page are all in the Estonian Business Register, and the link is next to each of them.

Code and pipeline are yours

IP assignment is in the contract, not in a conversation. Repositories, CI configuration and documentation sit in your organisation from day one.

No vendor commission

We hold no reseller agreement and take no referral fee, so a recommendation to buy nothing at all costs us nothing.

Nothing loads from anywhere else

This site has no analytics, no advertising tag, no third-party font and no chat widget. Open your network tab and check — the privacy policy is written to be falsifiable.

What we do not do

2BE Consult OÜ works with organisations under a written contract. The following are outside our scope, and we will decline them:

  • We do not provide consumer technical support, and we are not a helpdesk for the general public.
  • We do not offer remote access to a member of the public's device, at any price, for any reason.
  • We do not recover accounts, reset passwords or unlock devices for anyone who is not our contracted client's own administrator.
  • We are not affiliated with, and we do not act on behalf of, Microsoft, Google, Apple, or any other software vendor whose products we may work with.
  • We do not sell, resell or redistribute third-party software licences.
  • We do not cold-call, and we will never telephone you claiming your computer has a problem. If you receive such a call it is not from us.
  • We do not take work in gambling, adult content, consumer lending, binary options or cryptocurrency trading.

If you have reached this page after a telephone call from someone claiming to be from a software company about a problem with your computer, that call was not from us and it was not from any company we work with. We do not make such calls. Please do not grant remote access to anyone who telephones you.

What this site does not tell you, and why:

  • No client names, logos, testimonials or case studies. We work under confidentiality, and an unverifiable reference is worth nothing to you anyway.
  • No project counts, uptime percentages or delivery statistics. We do not publish a number we cannot show you the measurement for.
  • No prices, day rates or fixed project fees. Scope drives cost, and a figure printed before we have read your requirements would be fiction.
  • No vendor partner badges or certification logos. We hold no partner agreement that would entitle us to display one.
  • Everything on this site that can be checked against a public register is checked, and the register link is next to it.

This is not modesty. Unverifiable claims are the most common reason a business site fails an advertising policy review, and they are also the reason procurement departments stop reading. Everything we assert here, we can show you the source for.

// straight answers

Questions people actually ask before the first call

These same five questions and answers are published as structured data on this page, generated from the same source, so a search engine and a reader get identical wording.

Is 2BE Consult OÜ a registered company?

Yes. 2BE Consult OÜ is a private limited company entered in the Estonian Business Register on 7 April 2015 under registry code 12830480, with EU VAT number EE101793216. The register record is public and linked from every page of this site.

What does 2BE Consult OÜ actually do?

Custom enterprise software engineering, cloud and data architecture, systems integration and IT consultancy for organisations. The company's registered principal activity in the Business Register is EMTAK 62201 — Computer consultancy activities (NACE 62.20), which is the same business this website describes.

Do you provide technical support to individuals?

No. We work with organisations under a written contract. We do not run a consumer helpdesk, we do not offer remote access to a member of the public’s device, and we do not recover accounts, reset passwords or unlock devices. We also never telephone anyone to say their computer has a problem — a call like that is not from us.

Where is the company based?

The registered office is Lauka tn 4c-2, 11625 Tallinn, Nõmme linnaosa, Harju maakond, Estonia. It is a working address filed in the Business Register, not a walk-in support desk; please arrange any visit by email first.

How much does an engagement cost?

This site publishes no prices, day rates or fixed fees, because scope determines cost and a figure printed before anyone has read your requirements would be fiction. Cost is quoted in writing after a scoping conversation, and the project audit form on this site produces a technical profile — not a quotation.

// next step

Start with the constraints, not with a proposal

The project audit form asks six questions about the system and its obligations, and returns a technical scope profile. It contains no price, no timeline and no commitment — it exists so the first conversation is about your architecture rather than about our brochure.
