What this actually means

Cloud spending grows quietly and cloud complexity grows faster. We design the smallest infrastructure that meets your availability and compliance obligations, express it as code so that it is reviewable and reproducible, and wire a deployment path with real health checks and a rollback that has actually been tested. Where a managed service is the right answer we will say so — the goal is a platform your own team can operate without us.

We publish exclusions beside every service on purpose. A supplier who describes only what they do leaves you to discover the boundary during the engagement, which is the expensive time to find it.
