Strategic Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps Orchestration
Infrastructure described as code, environments that can be rebuilt from an empty account, and a deployment path that an on-call engineer can reason about at three in the morning.
What this actually means
Cloud spending grows quietly and cloud complexity grows faster. We design the smallest infrastructure that meets your availability and compliance obligations, express it as code so that it is reviewable and reproducible, and wire a deployment path with real health checks and a rollback that has actually been tested. Where a managed service is the right answer we will say so — the goal is a platform your own team can operate without us.
What you get
- Infrastructure as code covering every environment, with state and secrets handled properly
- Build, test and release pipeline with gated promotion and a proven rollback
- Observability baseline: structured logs, metrics, traces and alerts that mean something
- Backup and restore procedure that has been executed, not just written down
- Cost and capacity review, with the assumptions written next to the numbers
What this does not cover
- We do not operate as a 24/7 managed service provider and do not offer an availability guarantee.
- We are not a cloud reseller and we do not resell hosting, licences or support contracts.
We publish exclusions beside every service on purpose. A supplier who describes only what they do leaves you to discover the boundary during the engagement, which is the expensive time to find it.
Typical technology
- Terraform
- Docker
- Kubernetes
- GitHub Actions
- GitLab CI
- AWS
- Azure
- Hetzner
- nginx
- Prometheus
- Grafana
Indicative, not prescriptive. The right stack follows the constraints; a list like this one is a starting point for a conversation, not a commitment either side has made.
How it is engaged
Platform build, migration, or a review of what you already run.
No price appears here or anywhere else on this site. Cost follows scope, and scope follows the reading we do at the start.
