What this actually means
Some work cannot be handed over as a project because the requirements are still moving. In that case we place named engineers into your team: your backlog, your standups, your definition of done, our contract and our responsibility for the quality of the work. Everyone is introduced by name and CV before an engagement starts, and either side can end it on notice written into the contract.

What this does not cover
- We are not an employment agency and we do not place people into your payroll.
- We do not offer body-shopping by anonymous CV — you meet the engineer first.
We publish exclusions beside every service on purpose. A supplier who describes only what they do leaves you to discover the boundary during the engagement, which is the expensive time to find it.
